There is a 60 day return window, in which we will replace your Colorizer if it comes with faulty parts.  Any customer inflicted damage to the Colorizer, including loss or theft, will not be replaced or refunded.

The Colorizer is not waterproof, and it is highly advised to keep it away from any liquids. The casing will provide some protection, but the LED board inside is susceptible to liquid damage.

We do not disclose any personal information with third parties. We do not hold onto your payment or credit card information to protect against fraud and scams. All payments are made through our secure system to ensure the safety of client data. We will never sell your data to a third party.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Venmo, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Diner's Club.

Orders

If any of your colorimetry products are not to your liking, do not work, do not fit, or whatever it may be it can be returned within a 30 day period (from the date tracking says it was delivered) for a replacement or full refund as long as the product is not damaged (or worn) in any way. Customer pays return shipping but we will cover replacement shipping. Email support@colorimetrylights.com for return questions.

Email us at support@colorimetrylights.com and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. If the product has already been shipped out, and the error is on the customer’s end, we may not be able to change it.

Shipping

We generally try to have all orders packaged and shipped within 3 business days. This is subject to change on a situational basis, and we will inform the customer if there are any changes to this schedule.

Yes, we are able to ship internationally. If you are unable to process shipping to your country outside of the USA from the checkout screen then email: support@colorimetrylights.com

If you have placed an order but want to change the shipping address, please contact us at support@colorimetrylights.com and we will change your shipping address as long as the order has not already been shipped.
